The heart of the weekend opens its doors. Grab a coffee, browse the expo for the latest gravel kit and tech, and make use of expert bike support, washing and maintenance throughout the weekend.

Collect your rider pack, ask any final questions, and get set for the weekend ahead. Arrive early to beat the queues, and note that Ultra riders must collect their packs on Friday.

Food Village, Bar & Coffee
Fresh coffee, cold drinks and a full line-up of pizza, burgers, chicken, hot dogs, sweet treats and ice cream, with vegetarian and vegan options across the village. The bar pours beers, ciders, wines and local Scottish spirits, and stays open late.

Fuffock Hill Shakeout Ride with OGT
A 30km spin over the Fuffock Hill route with the OGT crew, joined by Jonny Brownlee, Matt Holmes, Lizzie Hermolle and Xan Crees. Meet at the OGT expo stand. Roll out under the main event arch. Meet at the OGT stand.

The Ventum Wiggins & Woods Shakeout
A 32.1km social spin through the Galloway Forest Park with Bradley Wiggins, Mike Woods and gravel national champion Lizzie Hermolle. Open to every pace, no drops. The route closes with a fast 10km descent that drops you straight onto The Gralloch finish line. Stick around at the Ventum stand afterwards to talk gravel.

The Ground We Ride | Panel Talk
Open access to forests, hills and nature reserves is only as durable as the way we use it. This panel brings together the foresters, conservationists, campaigners and brands shaping how riders move through Galloway, for a working conversation on responsible access, the future of gravel in the region, and how we protect and grow the playground we ride.

Scotland on the Global Stage | Panel Talk
Three endurance athletes, three different ways of testing themselves against the world's terrain. Cameron Mason (UCI Gravel Worlds, European cyclocross and gravel), Donnie Campbell (record-breaking Scottish endurance and Gralloch Ultra starter) and Jenny Tough (solo across mountain ranges on six continents) sit down to discuss what Scotland offers an athlete, why two of them keep coming home, and why one of them chose to make it home.

Four careers, four sets of medals, one conversation about what comes after the podium. Alistair Brownlee, Alison Jackson, Jonny Brownlee and Bradley Wiggins sit down to talk about what drew them to gravel, the adventures that excite them now, and the human stories behind the results.

Welcome Evening & Pasta Party (Ultra)
Kick off The Genesis Gralloch Ultra presented by Maxxis weekend with an evening created exclusively for Ultra competitors. Join fellow riders for an all-you-can-eat pasta buffet, a relaxed atmosphere and a chance to meet your fellow Ultra riders before the start. Includes a panel talk to set the weekend in motion.

The Ultra Welcome Talk
The night before 323 kilometres of Galloway gravel, an evening with three people who have made a life out of riding long lines across maps. Markus Stitz (founder of Bikepacking Scotland), Jenny Tough (solo across the world's mountain ranges) and Rich Rothwell (one of the UK's most experienced ultra-distance racers) on the rides that shaped them, the ones they keep coming back to, and what you're in for tomorrow.

The full 111km of The Stag. Rolling start slots every 30 minutes from 08:30 to 10:00, so there's no rush. Roll out when you're ready and ride every climb, corner and view of Galloway.

Sportive Start: The Fawn (53km)
Ease in with 53km of Galloway gravel. Start slots at 09:30 and 10:00. Pick your time, roll out relaxed and take it all in.

Young riders have the opportunity to take to the gravel with Alison Jackson and Maddy Nutt for a guided ride and skills session.

Live Music
David McKellar plays the village through the afternoon. A solo performer with a huge live sound, drawing on years on stage at venues like the Barrowlands and the O2 Academy. A relaxed soundtrack for riders and supporters to wind down the weekend.
