Hot, Fast and Unforgettable: The Gralloch Delivers Gravel Racing at Its Finest
Under blazing sunshine and over bone-dry trails, The Gralloch 2025 returned to Galloway Forest Park for a thrilling third edition of the UCI Gravel World Series. Riders from 35 nations battled across 111km of Scottish gravel, with both elite races decided by dramatic sprint finishes in Gatehouse of Fleet.
Czech rider Petr Vakoč edged out Matthew Holmes in the men’s race by just 0.03 seconds, while Tessa Neefjes claimed a hard-fought victory in the women’s event after an intense four-way duel. With thousands of supporters lining the route and festival grounds, The Gralloch once again proved itself a true gravel classic — fast, fierce and unforgettable.
