Official Gralloch Campsite

Stay at the heart of The Gralloch and enjoy up to four nights of camping from Thursday to Monday. The official campsite in Gatehouse of Fleet is just a short walk from the Event Village, offering a relaxed, friendly base for riders, friends and families. Whether you’re in a tent, campervan, or motorhome, enjoy a comfortable pitch with toilets, hot showers and 24-hour security — everything you need for a great weekend surrounded by the buzz of The Gralloch festival.
Each camping package includes a 6m x 5m pitch for your motorhome, campervan, caravan or tent (plus space for one vehicle), access to toilets and showers, 24-hour security, and wristbands for two adults.
Please note: there are no electrical hook-ups available.
The official event campsite is open from 3pm, Thursday 14 May 2026 to 9am, Monday 18 May 2026.
Your entire setup must fit within the booked space.
If you require extra room, an Oversize Camping Pitch (8m x 5m) will be available to book for £20 from March 2026.
Additional campsite wristbands will also be available from March 2026, priced at £25 for adults and £5 for children (under 18).
UCI Race Feed Zone Delivery

Take the stress out of fuelling your race with the Personal Bottle Service, created exclusively for UCI Race participants. We will transport up to two of your drinks bottles (maximum 750ml each) directly to the second feed zone, helping you stay hydrated and focused throughout the race.
Simply drop off your bottles at check-in on race morning and our team will handle secure delivery, on-course access and safe return to the Event Village after the finish.
- Drop-off: Hand in up to two bottles (max. 750ml each) at the check-in desk before 08:15am on race day. You can also drop off your bottles on Friday from 16:00 onwards.
- Labelling: You will receive numbered labels at check-in to ensure each bottle is clearly identified.
- Delivery: Bottles will be transported by our team to the second feed zone, where volunteers will have them ready for collection during the race.
- Collection: Any bottles left at the feed zone will be returned to the Event Village and available for pickup from 16:30 on race day.
This service is available only for UCI Race riders and in limited numbers, so early booking is recommended.
Live Rider Tracking

Keep your supporters part of the action with a GPS Tracker that lets friends and family follow your progress in real time as you take on The Gralloch. Compact and lightweight, the device slips easily into your jersey pocket and updates your position several times per minute, giving your loved ones a front-row seat to your ride through the Galloway Forest Park.
It’s the perfect way to share your effort, stay connected and make sure those cheering you on can track every climb, descent and milestone of your race.

Start your Gralloch Ultra weekend with an evening dedicated to connection and inspiration. This optional add-on experience is exclusively for Ultra participants and offers the perfect opportunity to meet fellow riders before the journey begins.
Taking place on Friday, 15 May, from 18:00 to 20:00, the evening will feature a talk by legendary bike explorer Markus Stitz, sharing stories from his adventures and insights into the world of endurance cycling. Guests will also enjoy an all-you-can-eat pasta buffet in an intimate and welcoming setting, ideal for fuelling up and connecting with the community that will share the route with you the next day.
Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.
